Head Ranch Hand, Logistics Rafael is our skilled ranch hand, responsible for horse care and general maintenance. On the trail he takes care of logistics and transport. He is from Punto Fino, Venezuela and has been in the Andes for 3 years. Paola Miyahira
Guide, Mountaineer Paola is one of South America's top female mountaineers and is a wilderness first responder, She is a native Quechua speaker and is our historic guide on multi-day trips. Nilo Contreras
