Full Day Expedition to the Hummingbird Sanctuary
For beginner to advanced riders. We will ride through the oldest parts of the village of Urubamba, and along the riverside, reaching the Incan village of Yanahuara. Climbing high up the mountain, we will have incredible views over the valley and up to the plains of Maras arriving at the precious Ensifera hummingbird sanctuary. At the observatory we will have time to observe over 8 species of birds, up close, as they freely enjoy the beautiful gardens. The site is an exquisite place to observe completely wild and free hummingbirds. For Intermediate to advanced riders. We begin the ride at 9 am and return to the ranch at approximately 3:30 pm. Approximate riding time 4.5 hours. |

On this full day trip you will enjoy a picnic lunch with hot drinks and time to explore the precious bird sanctuary. Binoculars and didactic charts will be available to help with bird identification. We will enjoy a picnic lunch and hot drinks at the site before riding back down to the valley and to the ranch.

Conditions Payment is required to book any journey. A standard responsiblity release waiver provided by the ranch much be signed by each rider. Upon requesting a booking a delatiled list of conditions, inclusions and exclusions will be provided. No cancelations or refunds will be made after booking.
