Grimus aka Pierre Proske [france / sweden]

Surfacing to take a breath from a decade of classical piano, Pierre Proske (aka Grimus) first dabbled with synthesizers and sequencers at the age of 17. Years later, his obsession with sound synthesis and sampling haunts him still. Reluctant to call himself a composer, his music can be described as anything from intricate textured sampled sounds to deep, moody sound scapes and upfront cheeky analogue electronica.

notthatkyd [DJ] [montreal/canada]

kyd campbell (aka notthatkyd) has been listening to sound art and strange music and producing sound events for long enough. she is sick of people at events asking her if she is "the dj's girlfriend". she likes minimal electronic music, country music, her friends' music, but maybe not your music. after a few sound performances, she is known to be in the mood for playing music that makes people move, like silly stuff you think you have heard before and crappy reggaeton.
